A copywriter by day, Erica spends all her free time writing. Living in San Diego with her 11-year-old Chow mix Gussie, she was diagnosed with GAD – Generalized Anxiety Disorder – about a year and a half ago. When she’s not attending therapy, she finds so much value in writing about her journey with mental health.
