In order to wake up right, you have to go to sleep right. This is the part that so many forget about. How you go to bed affects how you wake up. So first things first, let’s set some goals for the day. Don’t make it huge, something as simple as “study for the math test” or “clean my room” is great. Not only does this prepare you for what’s happening tomorrow, but it also gives you a boost of confidence and motivation when you do accomplish your goal (because you can do it and I believe in you).
