So You Want to Take Action?

Follow these steps to start improving your mental health, helping those around you, and spreading awareness of the reality of mental illness.

STEP #1: GET EDUCATED

First thing’s first, learn what mental illness really is and what signs to look for in yourself and others. And keep up to date on my blog for new info and podcast interviews!

STEP #2: IMPROVE YOURSELF

Now it’s time to take action. But before you help anyone else, you need to make sure you’re mentally stable enough. Recognize what level of mental health you’re at and then take action to get to the next level. Also, I have a free ebook you can get sent straight to your inbox here.

STEP #3: SPREAD AWARENESS

Let’s get social! Whether it’s online or just in your daily interaction, don’t pass up opportunities to spread positivity, ask people how they’re feeling, or share something you learned in step #1.
